On iOS, go to your settings and click on the pencil icon to the right of “My account”. Then you will be able to change the price of the pack of cigarettes.
On Android, click on Settings, then click on Tobacco Habits. Then you will be able to change the price of the pack of cigarettes from this screen.
XP stands for Experience Points. You will need these points to work your way up and reach the next levels.
Each time you unlock a level successfully, you will earn XP. It is a fun and encouraging way to see your progress.
First, you need to estimate your cigarette consumption per pack. If you don't know how much you used to smoke, here's how to calculate it:
Then enter the price of the cigarette pack and the number of cigarettes per pack in your settings, and your calculations will be correct!
The curve represents your willingness to quit; if you record that you have smoked a cigarette, it will lower the level of your energy (which is initially at 12 when you start on Kwit). But it will reset, once the cigarettes you have resisted to take over.
You need some motivation? Kwit encourages you with inspiring quotes and tips to stay on track in your withdrawal.
Shake your phone and a motivation card will appear! But don’t forget: it is important that the application is open for this to work. Moreover, this feature may not be suitable for some older smartphone models.
But no panic! You can still access these cards with the "Motivate me!"(on iOS) or "Motivation" (on Android) by clicking on the "+" button.
Kwit is based on calculations drawn largely from the WHO, but also from other medical sources, such as smokefree.gov. All the information sources are safe and scientifically certified.
For now, the application does not take into account the use of nicotine substitutes. However, this is a feature on which we are currently working for the app to be better adapted to your needs. Subscribe and follow us on the social networks to keep yourself updated with the latest Kwit news! You can find us on at @kwitapp on Twitter.
The app uses the same language in which your phone is configured. If your phone is in English, the application will automatically switch to English. However, if your phone is set to a language that is not supported by the app, the app will use the second preferred language on your phone. If none of the preferred languages are supported, the default language used will be English.
On the iOS version of the application, you can change it by going in the settings and clicking on “Appearances”. Then you select the colours that you want.
On Android, it is a feature we are working on, be patient, we’ll have it soon. 😉
The app has been translated into 13 languages!

At Kwit, we are fond of feedback from our users. Kwitters’ feedbacks are a big part of our inspiration. Who knows better than the Kwitters how to improve the application? To optimize your smoking quitting, send us your suggestions at email@example.com!
The testimonies of former smokers are very valuable for those who choose to quit and those who have not yet dared to take the plunge. It is important for these Kwitters and future Kwitters, who may be discouraged during their withdrawal, to know that quitting is within everyone's reach, despite difficult times.
In addition, your experience sharing allows the Kwit team to better adapt the application to your needs and offer you optimal support.
So if you want to share your experience, do not hesitate to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave us a review on the Apple Store or on the Google Play Store! ⭐

Kwit encourages smokers to accept their relapses, to learn, to understand and therefore to control their desires with their own strategies. The goal is to change their habits by adopting new behaviours that they can feel proud of. To find out more about CBT and their relationship with Kwit, click here.
We are fortunate to work with CBT researchers. Thanks to their expertise, Kwit continues to reflect on the integration of science into its smoking cessation solution. These experts reinforce us every day with the idea that goodwill must be the motto when it comes to smoking cessation.
📚 Here are the links to scientific studies on the impact of CBT and gamification, but also on the effectiveness of a mobile application in the smoking cessation process and the notion of self- monitoring, which confirm and justify the beneficial effects of Kwit on people wishing to maintain their smoking quitting:
📖 CBT & smoking cessation
📖 A positive correlation between smoking cessation and mobile application
📖 Self-monitoring of patients in their cessation
Finally, Kwit is a partner of the University of Pittsburgh with the National Cancer Institute, who is conducting studies on our studies on our weaning solution. These allow us to test the effectiveness and efficiency of Kwit and improve ourselves continuously.
Science has been an integral part of Kwit since the beginning. Our goal is to improve the health and happiness of the world and we know that the only way to measure this is to do research and integrate scientific methods into the application, in that way we can offer quality support.
